Paired with a resistance training program two to three times weekly for 30 minutes a session, it can significantly enhance your well-being. Adding a regular fitness plan isn’t about a major lifestyle shift but a subtle enhancement to your daily routine.
These adjustments have been linked to a decrease in sedentary behavior-associated diseases (Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, 2nd edition). Plus, they are associated with a lower risk of hospitalization related to Covid-19, according to a study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. Our solution is to provide an easy-to-use online resource to assess your fitness level, prescribe the appropriate resistance and cardio progression for your individual needs and give you the tools and support to adopt your Exercise Prescription (ExRx) into daily life.
We have started with a very basic introduction to online exercise programs with our Exercise Prescription format. The goal is to motivate you with tailored fitness programming, show progress with tangible results, and reward you with demonstrable fitness gains and health improvements.
You will get your fitness plan formatted with written instructions, you will then join a zoom call with your trainer to learn the exercises and determine the perfect intensity. Coupled with a fitness expert-moderated community forum, we can offer a complete set of tools to overcome every barrier life puts in front of you.
We like to get you started with a friendly group challenge. Start based on your fitness level and increase intensity over time. We give 30% of the gross profits from the challenge back to the top 3 points earners. Please see rules for criteria and payouts.
